Key Lime Key


1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz)
1 Cup Lime Juice
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine the condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs. Whisk until well blended and place the filling in the graham cracker crust. Bake 20 minutes and chill in refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

Combine the sour cream and powdered sugar and use as topping once pie is chilled.
